Kids and seniors can get in for free. For other guests, it's P50. Definitely worth the price - seeing so many national artists in one place (thanks to Ambeth Ocampo's personal collection). Don't miss out on the chance to drop by when you're in the school grounds.
This is my very first time to know and visit na meron palang Hyundai Hall Arete Theater sa loob ng Ateneo De Manila University. I can say this place is amazing because they have complete and innovative theater facilities, perfect place also for events, exhibits, and a perfect spot because I really love the open space garden with a beautiful creative art work.
Going inside the hall, I enjoyed and amazed because they have beautiful hall, meron silang shop, fully air-conditioning and more. Especially ang laki ng stage nila...
I had the chance to visit the place because of the partnership media launching of Ballet Manila and Arete Theater for the upcoming Ballet Show and also the additional performance stage of Ballet Manila.
This is the most modern Art center in Ateneo. We watched two concerts here. They require you to wear a face mask inside the center. Security is pretty strict, which requires you to print a gate pass and inform the organiser for cars that will enter and park in the facility. There is a museum inside the center and art installations outside. The seat inside the auditorium is comfortable. Bring a jacket as it can be cold during the show. There is also a souvenir shop in the lobby but it is closed during weekends. There is free parking on the side of the building. Parking can be tricky as a wrong turn and you will find yourself outside leaving Ateneo gate instead of going to the parking. It would have been helpful if there are signs pointing to Arete parking.
Videos taken in front of Arete building and at the roof deck. The building’s restrooms are clean. Drinking stations are also available in all levels.
This art exhibition center and theater hall is one of Ateneo's latest additions to their already impressive repertoire of buildings. Inside, one can see art installations and paintings from many renowned artists and painters not just from the Philippines but also from around the globe. It is open for viewing for students and regular folk so don't hesitate to take a peek.
One of the good art galleries in the metro. Reserves a space for Ateneo and non-Ateneo students artworks for their yearly art awards.
Register via their website to enter the campus and the art gallery.
The galleries have good themes and design
They really protect the pieces inside
Various artists and collections can be found here
Nice place. The art gallery is world class. The Hyundai hall is clean and cold. There is a clean and big restroom.
